Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow has joined the Nightcrawlers pitching staff. Now bolstered with plenty of depth while simultaneously cutting off underperforming talent in AAA, the Nightcrawlers look poised for a long run to the playoffs.
We've exchanged another pair of AAA players with the Mexico City Aztecs, sending away pitchers Cristobal Aguilera & young prospect Trevion Montalvo.
The added depth makes the Nightcrawlers look a lot deeper, especially with hitters with a veteran prescence such as Nunez.
Urias will start at 1B with Nunez backing him up. The shuffle will result in Quincy Hanley moving to 3B to make room in the order.
In return they acquire another pair of big hitters in C Montay Nunez and 2B Nemesio Urias.
The Nightcrawlers also took another swing at the trade market, finalizing a deal sending P Edgardo Fuentes & underperforming C Salvador Cates to the Shreveport Captains.
