Among serious members, I mean, with the ability to think critically and discuss intelligently. We don't need “I don't care" participants.
But I agree that you don’t have to add more communication features; you have the social feed already. It would just be nice to set up a date and time when we all know there will be a forum for discussing ideas.
As far as I know, Discord is separate from, not a part of, this game, and I am not a part of it.

well there are many ways to get a hold of me and other folks in the game. the discord is kind of a forum for discussion of things. i dont wanna add more communication features when we have quite a few already
I'm all for paying, as long as I know I'm getting my money's worth.
It would be good to have an open ended forum on improvements with all active users that are able to chip in their two cents.
Executive's perks as it is are good and not every team needs it but for the essentials, why bar teams access from getting the basics?
If we at least raise the playing field for the non paying users and make a relatively inclusive amount of benefits for the paying members, that would improve the enjoyment of the game.
Even bringing back the option to outright buy that feature for $10 lifetime guaranteed would do some justice.
level or league of the sport that *doesn't* use it. Any sim game that plays around with it and dangles it like a "feature" might as well say, "Sorry, you don't get a third baseman unless you upgrade!" It's a basic part of the GAME. . .not some add-on
