Meaning, perhaps its a coincidence. I dont have any logic that makes a RP give up any number of runs with certainty under any circumstances given any conditions programmed

'Raising'
RP brought in for 8th or 9th inning is slmist guaranteed to give up 2 or 3 runs. Been rausing this issue since Season 120. Please address it.
