New Game play Clock in Game Pages

Play clock (in seconds) has now been added to the main game page interface. This shows the seconds left on the play, just as the upper right corner displays in the game manager, so all owners can now monitor games easier, and managers of game without having to open their game manager.

Also admins took away the ability for free teams to make investments which is lame as hell too.

Doesnt matter once you get into the playoffs because the free teams can't even use the 4 tokens we have. but its a good idea.
