Or maybe try changing browsers.. why do you first assume its the games fault and not the fact that its your browser? Esp since nobody else is reporting those issues

Game Mysteries - I'm not an IT guy, but whenever I have a software issue, one of the fixes I try is uninstall and reinstall. As far as reaching Josh, I contact him the same way you do - via this system.
