I think only Executive Members can do it.
Teams with no space on their roster can still add players, they go on to a 'queue': They don't appear on that club's active roster but they can't be bid on or traded. The club can activate them later.
Bombers :
I can see a few guys in queue. 50 seems crazy.
It should be like real sports: No queues. You want a guy, cut someone else. People have told me they have like 50 guys on their queue. It shouldn't be allowed.
Yeah Marvols, I had a guy I didn't particularly need grabbed last season and he's still on some a-holes queue.

It is kind of weird, though. I had one of my players bid away two seasons ago, and he has not ever been activated. He was with for 12 years, and I thought had maybe two seasons left. I couldn't be there on draft day to protect him.
Bombers :
That is true Clowns. Eventually they will use the players.
Right, that's the way to do it. It's even more annoying when they keep your player in a queue... There shouldn't be queues.
