The Blue Jays have fired manager Chad Raymond and have replaced him with AAA Orange County Jayhoppers coach Antonio Rendon. The move comes after Raymond was vocal about his displeasure of the lack of communication regarding management's latest moves.
Bickford will be making his debut after spending time in AAA on the Calgary Crawlies.
Mohamed Bickford has also been giving the starting nod in the lineup as the bench the struggling Salvador "Salvia" Avalos at 3B. He has an atrocious .238 AVG.
The Jays have acquired veteran former FISH TOWN player Gorane Segura and called him up to their pitching staff.
All look to be back in action this week after spending time in AAA with the Calgary Crawlies of the Edmonton circuit.
The Jays welcome back pitcher Chan Nava to their rotation as well as Demetrius Bromley and 3B prospect Mohamed Bickford.
