Yeah. Fair enough. Of course the best way to get those things is by bidding and all the good players are on active teams
Aces :
I think it's a combination. Look for guys with high contact ratings who have performed well and have high OPS's. Also look for pitchers who have decent to good ratings and have low WHIP's
I've had two contrasting schools of thought try to give me advice. One side says to look at ratings, the other says to look at production. OPS for hitters and WHIP for Pitchers
Thanks everyone! I aim for 90/90 players (contact + power), getting a bit higher ratings for those two could be really helpful for your team (as well as mixing things up, Herrmann just got thrown in there for the postseason, but played well)
