Podcast Update by Anchorage Aces

Hello everybody - I was hoping to put out another episode of the Franchise Ball Podcast this weekend, however I have gotten rather busy as of late, and don’t think I will be able to do so. I will also be busy next weekend, and will not be able to put out another episode then. Because of this, I’m looking for some involvement from other members of the community. I will obviously do as much as possible with this podcast moving forward, however I think I will be in over my head if I go at this by myself, which is why I’m looking for some of you to step up and help! I would appreciate it if you have some sort of podcast, broadcasting, or radio experience in the past, however if those people aren’t available, that is acceptable.

If you are interested in helping out, send me a private message either through the game or through discord, I’ll be looking out for those. We can talk formatting once we’ve decided who’s helping out. Also, Reds brought up the suggestion that we “broadcast” some of the games. This might be a playoff thing, or maybe we choose a game of the day to broadcast. I will explore this opportunity going forward as well, however if you are interested in doing that, send me a message as well.

I apologize for the slowness of this whole process, I’m still figuring out how it all fits into my schedule. I thank you for your patience, and good luck to everybody as we near the halfway point of the regular season! Peace, Aces slight_smile

I just had a very random thought while I was working and I am interested in hearing your opinions. When the WS arrives, we should live stream it on Discord and provide some commentary and make it a video, similar to what Shima does.

Show for years. I would have a few interviews in backlog but only release one interview a week.

Hey, can I recommend something, for interviews, get a backlog of them and drop them when you know you do them. Therefore the content can be up to date and you can do interviews into there to add more flair into it. Thats what I did with my radio

I love the broadcasting idea. I think we should focus it on Bombers and Warriors because everyone knows they are the real deal when it comes to the playoffs.

Oooooh that's a really interesting idea Riyas I like it. Like a redzone type thing but for the World Playoffs

i dont think the normal league playoffs or wildcard should be broadcasted but i think there should be a broadcast where it switches back and forth between every world playoff game

Obviously we couldn't do every playoff game but if we pick like a series to highlight or a game kinda thing ofc

i think the world series and world playoffs should def be broadcasted
