Fixed removed teams scheduling conflict issues

We came up with a solution to solve issues where teams lose a game if they get scheduled with recently removed teams.  Although this is a somewhat rare event, what will happen now is your team will be scheduled either with any other team that was playing a recently removed team, or if no other match is available, there will be a forfeit accounting for an automatic win.

Again, this is a somewhat rare edge case, but we've had complaints where it has happened to certain teams from time to time.  Thanks and let us know if you have any questions.
