If you find 90 control that is pretty good.

Balance is important for pitchers, some P's have 70 control and 90 movement, but I don't like them; I'd rather have 80 control and 80 movement.

Better. 90/90/90 and 90/90/80 are very rare and incredible to find. For now, just try to find players with contact over 90 and pitchers with all ratings 80 or higher.

As for pitchers, I like to have pitchers with everything at least in 80's. Pitchers with less than 80 stamina will choke and are not good. Aim for 80/80/80 when you're first starting, and then work your way up. 80/90/80 and 80/90/90 are even bette
