also, if a runner is in scoring position the hit chance goes up I believe.
If they are 0-3 or worse pull them... they most likely won't hit. Players who start out good keep it up often with morale but players who can't hit that pitcher (make sure same pitcher, if he changes there is a chance) should get pulled
