New player scout ratings!

Player scouting ratings are now available! They can be viewed from the "Scout Ratings" tab on a player card page, as well as from the stats panel, loaded when you select a player in the team management page.

There are 6 new ratings. Each represents a players potential in that area. Note that a player's potential will vary over the course of their career. Control, movement, and stamina for pitching. Power, contact, and speed for hitting. These values can be used to gain a more comprehensive understanding of a given player. They should be considered in conjunction with regular statistical analysis, to understand how a player is actually trending.
