Playoff Predictor, chance to win a player

Hello all!

One thing I always enjoy doing is adding a little twist at the start of the playoffs. So this playoffs, we will be including a little "Playoff Predictor!" Similar to a pick-em fantasy challenge, each team will answer some short questions. Each question is worth a certain number of points. The team that ends up with the most points will be deemed the winner and will receive a prize! I have a player that I am willing to give away as the prize, and if any other teams want to throw in a player as well, whether you need to clear your queue or your AAA, please message me privately.

The form must be filled out before the 9 AM ET game tomorrow, which starts the playoffs. Any late responses, unfortunately, will not count.

can you like add all eight teams in said league instead of three-five and then "any other team"
