Some Ways That I think the game can improve Part 4

Welcome back! This will be my last article in this series for a few days, because writing 4 articles in this short of a time span is a little much. You know the drill, here are my two proposals:

1. A playoff trading ban. Many teams agree that we should have one, here is how a playoff trading ban would work time wise, the ban would last from 10 PM EST on the 20th too 5 PM EST on the 26th, or 12 PM EST on the 26th or 10 PM EST on the 25th, depending on when the WS Ends (it would've been 10 PM EST on the 25th this past season). This ban would apply too ALL teams, this would be the most fair too teams in the playoffs, and outside of it, as they would get too weigh all trade options once the playoffs are done.Of course most traded during that time interval involve at least 1 team in the playoffs, since most teams just wait until bidding day too see what their team will look like otherwise.

2. A extension of contract years. Considering that bidding on 35+ players isn't entirely uncommon by any stretch of the word, grants being just 4 years is too little. I propose a grant (for subs only, the exact type of sub would have too be decided and whatnot) being up too 6-7 Years, these grants would be about 1.2 Million a year at the highest. Now, another thing in the rule is that teams who cannot give contracts more then 4 years (or more then 5 or whatever the number would be) and trade for players under a 5-7 year contract, would lose the extra years.

The first proposal too me is a much more urgent one then the second, but I like both (also the ban would apply too both subs and non subs).
