Variable min bids based on performance

Players will now require minimum salary for contract bids based on current performance and age. The absolute minimum remains the same at 300k, but can range between 300k and 800k now depending on these factors. Note that minimum bids aren't imposed on promoting currently owned players. Performance is measured by FTV (Fair Trade Value).
