Ratings value adjustment

The scouting ratings have been adjusted for pitchers and hitters. Performance of your players has NOT changed, but different values are presented now to incorporate a more balanced average of performance between offense and defense. This will in turn leave room for reflecting better observed pitching performance. This will become more obvious over time.
